Membership Requirements
The following requirements are in place to ensure that all members are helping to fulfill our mission.
1. Attend at least 4 out of 8 monthly member meetings
2. Earn at least 8 community service credits
3. Earn at least 2 special events credits
4. Participate in fundraising events
5. Participate in assigned committee. Attend two thirds (2/3) of the scheduled committee meetings. Available slots for Committees will be provided at the New Membership Orientation and updated annually.
6. Pay annual dues.
Volunteering in the City of Frisco
The city of Frisco requires that each volunteer go on-line and register as a volunteer and fill out the following form before attending any Frisco events.
Register on-line as a member at www.friscotexas.gov/departments/communications/volunteer and under the member notes – be sure to state that you are a FWL member and you do not have to add your email address.
A FWL calendar year runs from August through May of the following year with June and July as non-active months. Membership fees for new members is $100 (includes fee for name tags). The annual fee for returning members is $85 and is due at the first membership meeting in August, or you can mail your check to: Frisco Women's League
